If you ever find yourself out of air, feeling lost and small in a big bustling city, escape. Pack a bag of snacks, anything from easy peelers from Tesco to sourdough bread from Gail's, not forgetting the warmth of familiarity that comes with home cooked noodles, just the way we used to have it as kids. Grab your best friends, preferably the ones you can be with long enough in a small tiny car, drive through winding roads in the countryside just to play with tiny piglets, get lost, share a warm cup of lavender hot chocolate with, get chased by bees in the midst of acres and acres of Lavender and then drive two more long hours south, up a cliff and past sheep grazing in the wind, sit on a bench, share some secrets, do a couple of cartwheels, brace the cold winds, sit in the warmth of the sunset, turn around and find your way back home.
